At Trak Racer, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance racing gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official Trak Racer help desk or portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original factory packaging, including all bolts, tools, and manuals, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at an authorized service point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
